Isaiah 11:2
The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.
This is one of my favorite descriptions of the Lord Jesus and it is prophesied hundreds of years before His birth! Amazing King of Kings and Lord of Lords!
Like a dove, the Spirit of wisdom rested upon Him, He was filled with wisdom and understanding, counsel and might, and the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. Amazing wonder.
